Have a team of bright eyed and busy-tailed folks who want to start learning more about the customer-base and start making truly exceptional products? Great! Let’s give them the knowledge they need to start running impactful research to inform the most stunning experiences.

Sedex were at the start of their UXD journey and needing to go at speed. With limited research resource, we had to upskill the product and design teams to carry out evaluative research on their own and enable the organisation to build at pace whilst maintaining a great experience.

Tesco have a mature UCD discipline but wanted to bring the company even closer to the customer, raise awareness of the research function and also upskill existing team. We created a six month programme of research training that encompassed a wide variety of topics and proved very popular.

ActionAid needed to understand street harassment to truly take action on it. To do this, they needed to reach both victims and perpetrators in some of the poorest countries in the world and gain their trust to unlock deep insight.

To enable the work to progress at pace, I trained ActionAid outreach workers to carry out the primary research at each location, coordinating the fieldwork and processing the resulting data into usable insights.
